Official Rules

Timing

The Promotion takes place at the Armature Works, Tampa, Florida event (the "Event") scheduled to take place in Tampa, FL during the dates and times stated in the Entry Periods Chart below or may end sooner during an Entry Period if prize supplies are exhausted prior to the specified end time.

Entry Periods Chart — All times are Eastern Time ("ET").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are:

• Legal residents (having a valid Social Security Number) of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia;
• 18 years of age or older at time of participation; and
• Registered (prior to April 18, 2026) to attend the Event (the "Entrant(s)").

Officers, directors, employees and agents of Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclays or the "Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, The Premier League, Iris USA LLC, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the "Administrator") and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with the Promotion in any manner. If an Entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that Entrant's eligibility to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

How to Play the Game

Step 1: Entrants may take a place in line to play the Claw Machine (the "Claw Machine") at the Barclays booth at the Event during an Entry Period. A Barclays Brand Ambassador (the "BA") will provide Entrant with an on-site Agreement (the "Agreement") that is required to be completed prior to playing the Claw Machine game (each, a "Gameplay"). Entrants must provide their first and last name, signature, and verify that they are 18 years of age or older as well as acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules. The Agreement must be signed by the Entrants prior to Gameplay. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of Gameplay. If applicable, Entrants may designate their minor child to play on Entrant's behalf, however, any prize won as a result of Gameplay will be awarded to the Entrant and not minor child. For Barclays customers only: if you show proof of being a current Barclays customer to the BA (i.e., credit card issued by Barclays or savings account holder via Barclays App), you will receive priority access to the Game.

Step 2: Prior to Gameplay, the BA will explain the guidelines of the Promotion and provide instructions on what to do before, during and after interacting with the Claw Machine.

Step 3: Use the joystick on the Claw Machine to move the crane up, down, left or right, to begin gameplay. Once an Entrant has positioned the crane to their desired location within the Claw Machine (over the plastic spheres containing a prize or prize message), the Entrant may press the "drop" button to lower the claw. If and only if the claw successfully grabs a plastic sphere, the Claw Machine will automatically attempt to move the plastic sphere over and drop the sphere into the prize chute. If the claw does not successfully grab a plastic sphere or grabs a plastic sphere and fails to successfully move the plastic sphere into the prize chute, the Entrant will not be a winner of a prize.

Step 4: For successful Claw Machine Gameplays, the BA will retrieve the plastic sphere from the prize chute and verify the prize message specified or verify the prize contained in the plastic sphere. All Entrants who successfully retrieved a plastic sphere with a prize from the Claw Machine will be deemed a "Winner" (subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules) and will proceed to the activation counter after Gameplay to receive their prize or will receive instructions on how to claim their prize.

Claw Machine Guidelines:

• Each Gameplay will be set for :20 seconds to allow Entrants one (1) attempt to use the Claw Machine to grab the plastic sphere before the time expires.
• The Claw Machine will be equipped with 150 plastic spheres containing prizes or prize messages.
• There is a total of 150 prizes available to be won per Entry Period.
• Before Gameplay, and after signing the Agreement, each eligible Entrant will get their event wristband checked off with a marker or stamp by a BA to record their Gameplay.
• Entrants cannot push or tip the Claw Machine at any time during Gameplay.
• Plastic spheres dropped by the Claw during play prior to reaching the prize chute are void and not winners.
• Entrants will be directed to stop play if or when their :20 Gameplay time expires.
• Entrants will be awarded a prize (while supplies last), based on the plastic sphere grabbed by the claw and deposited in the prize chute and as verified by the BA.
• All prize awards are subject to verification by the Sponsor and/or their assigns whose decisions are final and binding.
• The number of prizes available will diminish as each prize is awarded/redeemed during each Entry Period.
• Prize restrictions apply; see Additional Conditions sections below.
• There is a limit of one (1) Gameplay per person per Entry Period.

Prizes

The following list of prizes are available to be won during each Entry Period at the Event.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes for all Entry Periods: $56,343.24. Limit of one prize per person, per Entry Period.

Prize Conditions for Barclays $2,500 Online Savings or Tiered Savings Accounts

• In addition to on-site communication with a BA, Winners will also be contacted via email by the Administrator within three (3) business days of prize verification and be required to complete, sign and properly execute [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where applicable by law) (collectively the "Affidavit") and [2] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. All of which must be returned within three (3) business days of initial email notification. If a potential Winner refuses the prize, they forfeit all rights to be deemed a Winner in the Promotion and will be disqualified. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (minor), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by Winner's parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
• If a winner does not already have an eligible Barclays Online Savings or Tiered Savings Account open and in good-standing, winner will be provided with instructions to open the account online via the URL provided which must be opened within 30 days of prize notification.
• Winners will also receive a check in the amount of $750 that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Depending upon the Prize Winner's federal tax rate, this amount may only cover a portion of the tax liability owed. Please consult a tax professional for more information.

Additional Prize Conditions for All Other Prizes

• If Winners of the Breeze, JetBlue, Frontier, Emirates and Wyndham Rewards prizes do not have an applicable loyalty/rewards account, they will need to create loyalty/rewards accounts within thirty (30) days of prize notification. Accounts can be created for free. Wyndham Rewards points must be claimed no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of prize notification communication from Administrator. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. is not responsible for any prizes that are undelivered because of winner's failure to respond to prize notification within such time frame. The awarding, possession and use of Wyndham Rewards points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Wyndham Rewards Program then in effect.
• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor.
• Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility onsite to claim a prize. Affidavits must be signed by the Winners prior to receiving a prize. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize.
• Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded.
• Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions, and bylaws for use and redemption will apply.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All prizes may not be awarded. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor and prize provider. Except as provided herein, no cash, transfers or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right, where lawful, to substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of comparable or greater value. If prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor and/or prize provider, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed or forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting a prize, Winners acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning per Entry Period — Barclays Online Savings or Tiered Savings Account Prize: 1:30, Gap Prize: 1:30, JetBlue Prize: 1:30, Frontier Prize: 1:30, Emirates Prize: 1:30, Wyndham Rewards Prize: 1:30, Priceline Prize: 1:30, AARP Credit Cards from Barclays Prize: 1:30, Breeze Airways Prize: 1:30, Phone Mount Prize: 1:5, Premier League Gift Coupon Code Prize: 1:6, Belt Bag Prize: 1:9, Wireless Speaker Prize: 1:9, Power Bank Prize: 1:9. The number of instant win prizes available to be won will decrease and odds of winning adjusted accordingly during each Entry Period as prizes are awarded and claimed.

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants understand the Event may be recorded and consent to the use of their name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor and their designees, including but not limited to the posting on Sponsor's website and/or social media, use in advertising, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

By entering the Promotion, Entrants, or, if an eligible minor in their state or jurisdiction of residence, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses, including but not limited to the posting of Winner's name on the Sponsor's website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Premier League, participating prize partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, Iris USA LLC, Marden-Kane, Inc. (collectively, the "Releasees") and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical or mechanical malfunctions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online registration form/Waiver, or any other error or malfunction, issue with attendees or noise at the Event impacting Entrants Gameplay performance, or any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control such as a Force Majeure or an unforeseeable health event, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties.

Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of the Promotion administration, to notify winners, and fulfill prizes, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrants have opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://cards.barclaycardus.com/banking/privacy-policy/.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
